To Submit Your Story:

1. Complete the fields below. You can review and edit your story before submitting it.
2. Attach a photo in .jpg format. Maximum file size (2 MBs).

Note: Stories may be edited for length/clarity. Stories will be posted as space allows and periodically archived.

By choosing to submit a story on the Hearing Angel website, you agree that any information you provide, including photos, may be viewed by the general public. You further agree that Starkey Hearing Foundation may use your story and photo in any manner it deems necessary or appropriate. Starkey Hearing Foundation reserves the right to edit, abridge or format stories for any reason and to remove or decline to post any story or photo. Starkey Hearing Foundation does not endorse or make any warranties or representations with regard to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of the statements in your story.
